Looking for a challenging role

The situation with Delphi seems to be improving...
I am currently looking for a job, but in Italy, there seem to be no openings for Delphi developers.
The situations I have experienced over the last 20 years are quite incredible. You can read about them on the website supper.altervista.org, of which I am the author, as well as the author of the documents contained within supper.altervista.org/doc (some in English language).
In twenty years of absurd situations, I have never found a person or a company willing to take me by the hand, help me, and place me in an environment where I could start living decently again.
Today, I am over 55 years old.
I am looking for a job that I can do, and for someone to give me a chance. It doesn't necessarily have to be a software developer or software architect position; I am also open to an office job, an administrative role, or another type of work, as long as I have the opportunity to learn it.
I will send my detailed IT resume only if you are genuinely interested. I started working with object-oriented technology in 1990 with Borland Pascal and C++. For years, I worked on specialized vertical software for the plastics molding industry in MES systems until 2005. I then had a gap in my employment due to the "incidents" mentioned above, which I have documented online. Despite these situations, I have continued to adapt and stay up-to-date. I have only effectively returned to work in the last two years. I have been involved with CRM systems, logistics, and the PEFC/FSC certification chain in the wood processing industry for large-scale retail. I am able to work autonomously. I have problem-solving skills, the ability to do rapid prototyping, and I am a creative person... In essence, I am a person who is committed to achieving goals and who has the ability to study and acquire information independently.Delphi, Lazarus, C++, Python, JS, Html, CSS, SQL.
I also have artistic talents. The picture shows one of my paintings from 1997.
